Class is Over
Time for spring and summer. It's been a great semester and I have had a lot of interesting classes. I guess I will be going through the hard part again of learning new classes and how teachers want you to accomplish assignments this coming fall.

A Good Deed
Over the weekend I decided to follow my MCOMS teacher's advice and do a good deed. My good deed was buying Subway cookies and sharing them with my friends! Simple but rewarding

Walk Off The Earth
A very unique band. They love to play cover songs with multiple band members playing several different instruments and looping it all together. Fun to listen to and watch. Look'em up on the tube.
The Hunger Games
I saw the movie last Friday. They followed the book to the "T". After watching the movie I wondered why I even read the books...

My First Fun Fact
Going through all of my posts I noticed that I still have
not created a "fun fact"! Well I learned something interesting in
class today so it might as well be my first fact of the blog. Psychology: “Social
Support is the MOST important factor for physical health.” In the long run,
having someone to talk to about our different stresses and challenges of life
keeps alive longer! Just the principle of believing that we have friends gives
us better health. So, some people might have friends and believe they have no
friends and this would hurt their health. However, some people might not have
many friends at all, but believe they have heaps of friends and these types of
individuals would have better physical health.
To me,
all of this psychology comes back to, and provides evidence for, one of my
favorite quotes, “attitude determines altitude”. In other words, ya things
happen to us, but what are we going to do about them and how are we going to
choose to react to them.
